Our go to place for a gentle walk with great views any time of the year .

Great walks ...amazing views...dogs allowed

Spectacular views of Yorkshire and a very pleasant and peaceful space with easy access from a tree sheltered car park.

Nice place don't expect to meet any Romans there long gone . There's a good viewing platform with great views of the countryside to the North West .A very scheduled car park wouldn't won't to leave my car unattended for long I walked from Crompton .

Plenty of parking and a pebbled path up to the Roman ruins. You can see the outline of the ruins but not much else. It's a beautiful location and there's a great view from a purpose built viewing platform.
