I regularly bring the ladies and gents from the nearby residential home and the staff here are wonderfully understanding and extremely helpful. The food and drinks are alway top notch and we absolutely love visiting. Thank you very much for making us feel so welcome xxx
Most unfriendly welcome I've ever experienced, staff seem reluctant to serve you or advice where to sit. Will definitely not visit again or recommend to others.
A very pleasant Tea Room with regular tables downstairs and a comfy lounge area upstairs. The service was excellent, the range of cakes and drinks was good, including Fruit Cake with a portion of Wensleydale Cheese which was tasty and just right. The only downside (for us) was the background music which, though quiet, was quite discordant pop music; it was really not in keeping with the rest of the Tea Room.Apart from that, an excellent place to break a journey for tea.
Beautiful tea room style caf right in the centre of Thornton Dale by the beck. Outside seating is a great spot to people watch with your brew.Inside is cosier for cooler or wintry days and the first floor lounge is stunning. The range of food & drink on offer is very good and the waiteresses are friendly and efficient.A great place to stop after a walk around this stunning Chocolate Box village.
Lovely tea rooms in this quaint village just 3 miles from Pickering. Nice selection on the menu. Cakes are very nice as are the scones. Would recommend.
