Visited back in October and stayed in one of the glamping pods. Although you have to take all your own stuff it's still a really nice situation if that's your scene. Pods are nice and clean with heaters and power, right by the stream. The staff are really kind and it all seems very safe and relaxed. The bathrooms and communal areas are all well looked after, clean and warm. Nice relaxing weekend and enjoyed escaping the life of mobile phones.
The cottage we rented was spotless, it had everything we could possibly need. Beds are very comfortable and the shower is really good. It's nice and quiet all around, pub is just across the street if you want a good meal. Staff was very helpful and communication with them was excellent. Highly recommended. We will certainly stay there the next time we visit the Moors.
Amazing location in a beautiful valley in a big spacious park spread out along the valley floor, but facilities are somewhat tired, worn out and could do with some maintenance and replacement. Hopefully the new owners can correct the previous under-investment, as its somewhere I'd like to return to.
Stayed in the HayLoft. Excellent. Very comfortable, spotless and well equipped. Will certainly go back.
Fantastic site. Friendly staff, good facility's. Lots of things for kids to do. Will definitely come again.
