A very friendly b+b, run by two lovely people. He takes care of the guests and supervises new arrivals, while she cooks the Full English breakfasts, if that is what you require. There is plenty of selection for those going 'continental', or just wish for something light. There are no evening meals provided (there is a good selection of restaurants only a stones throw away) but we were treated to afternoon tea and cake - fantastic!The facilities here are not really for wheelchair users (imo), as you have to be fairly agile as there are no ramps and access through the doorways is a little limited! The bedrooms are upstairs too, which doesn't help.Parking could be problematic too, as the room at the rear is limited to only a handful of cars. Large SUV's and 4x4 may have fun negotiating the entrance archway, as it's a little narrow. Street parking is on a first come basis, but happily the street parking (at the front) is free and there are no restrictions. To be fair, we were here for a number of days, and we had no problems!The 4G reception around here can be a little patchy, but the free Wi-Fi was a bonus, as was the free pass to Dolby Forest - if you ask nicely and RETURN it!
