Fantastic hotel, lovely room's, good food, great staff some of the best if not the best staff I've ever seen nothing was too much trouble for them, they really make you welcome to a great hotel we will definitely return very soon

Decent hotel for the town of Pickering. This is my wedding venue in 2019 and looking forward to bringing friends and family to this place in the summer. The place is lovely and welcoming and the bar is reasonably priced. The gardens to the rear are closed in and private from the main road.
I highly recommend this darling hotel in picturesque Pickering. The staff are warm & welcoming, rooms are inviting, everything was clean & beds were comfortable. Must eat in the restaurant, high quality, fresh, flavorful dishes, well presented & fairly priced. Its a great base for visiting the area & I recommend walking to the station to see the steam train & take a day out to Whitby. Harry Potter fans can jump off at Goathland for a picture on the actual station used in the 1st movie. Would love to stay here again!
A perfect hotel for a relaxing break, nicely positioned in this pretty market town. All members of staff are friendly and professional- we liked the fact that they are locals who are proud of their area and its amenities. Tea in the pretty garden was a delight, and all food was very well prepared and with generous portions. We liked our comfortable bed and we slept well.
