Unbelievable service. A Cartier Reverso Wristwatch left to be serviced, polished, crystal replaced and battery changed. Agreed quotation of 130.00 collected and paid. Returned within the hour after examination to enquire what had actually been done as two screws were standing proud and the case still grubby and scratched. The screws were tightened and one filed and sanded down. In so doing the case scratched further. My advice DO NOT GO NEAR THIS BUSINESS.
