barry wolfendenTerrible service, sent Mercedes key off, repaired worked great for the first week then stopped, sent off recorded delivery to get it fixed, have confirmation it was received. Phoned numerous times and sent emails, was advised they could not fix it. They would return the key and give a refund. Key has not been returned and cannot get through on the phone.I have been chasing this since 21st November - 2nd January and still not got the key.THINK TWICE ABOUT THIS COMPANY
FIRST CLASS SERVICE.THEY REPAIRED MY CORSA KEY AND IT LOOKS JUST LIKE NEW AND AT A FRACTION OF THE COST THE VAUXHALL DEALER WANTED.
Two attempts to repair failed. The major criticism is poor communication, they did replie to emails and phone calls. Very frustrating and costly, I have had to order a new key from Skoda to replace the incorrect one they used. Very disappointed.
Sent off Damaged Vauxhall corsa key came back fairly quickly and repaired, highly recommended.
